Hazardous Materials Abatement and Remediation
Hazardous materials involve any item or agent that has the potential to cause harm to humans, animals, or the environment. This could include biological items such as mold, chemical agents such as paints that contain heavy metals such as mercury or lead, radiological hazards such as contaminated soil, water or air, and/or physical factors that can harm a person without touching them.
Site and Selective Demolition
Demolition involves a complex set of procedures surrounding the dismantlement of a structure and total clearance of the demolished site. It could also involve environmental remediation and/or salvage of the dismantled materials for reuse or recycling (also known as deconstruction).
Under/Above Ground Storage Tank Management
Storage tanks are generally used to hold fuels, oils, or chemicals. There are obvious environmental implications to these kinds of tanks if they are not properly placed, monitored, and managed.
Sewage Pump Station, Utility Piping, and Industrial Services
Raw sewage is an issue every industry needs to worry about, in one way or another. AIM can coordinate the planning and implementation of a pipe and pump station system that complies with all federal, state, and local regulations on new construction sites. We can also provide removal, reinstallation, and/or remediation of older systems that have failed or are in danger of becoming environmentally impactful.
