Building SC-1 Joint Forces Staff College

AIM removed asbestos containing materials throughout the 120,000 SF building using fully contained negative air pressure enclosures in support of major HVAC improvements being made on campus. Daily air sampling was conducted to ensure safety of other trades, faculty, and students. The work was divided into 13 phases which were completed over the course of 16 months working multiple shifts.
